As well as we try our best to give the best service and offer a great experience, we are aware that sometime things might not go as expected, we are sorry if it does go not so great with any of our products and deliveries, but whatever the case may be:
RETURN POLICY
We put great effort to portray as most realistically as we can the fit, the colors, the size and the looks via detailed description, fabric blend and type, custom size charts and color pallets with pictures suited for each product individually that you can find on every clothes product, alongside a general size chart table and a guide to help you through which you can find here as well.
We do not cover returns nor offer exchanges for products due to dissatisfactory or remorse reasons e.g., size, colors or looks.
If the product is not what you ordered or the product is defective or does not work properly, we fully cover product issues that result with production or packaging errors, but beware that shipping damages made by the courier or postal services are not covered. In case your delivered products are defective or incorrect, please kindly let us know via the Customer Support, include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damages of the items themselves. If found eligible we will send you replacements or issue a refund based on the case happily. Note that as soon as we confirm the case you will be notified and you may be required to return the products.
In any case you should turn to us on the matter no later than 14 days after the package was received.

If you strongly feel that the product that you have purchased simply does not show the requirements that you were offered, in this case you do have the option to request a refund – contact us and we will address your request as soon as possible – Any refund request will be compliant to our “Return Policy" section mentioned earlier as well.

Any additional fees you may pay, especially taxes, due to customs clearance and other taxes required in your country in order to obtain your package are excluded from refunds on our behalf since these payments are between you and the customs branches or tax authorities in your country without any ability from us to intervene, however once you would be refunded by us on your original relevant purchase, you can contact your local relevant tax authorities and claim for a return as well or other tax deduction processes that are acceptable in your country.
NOTE: Refunds will go back to your account within up to 10 business days from the day you were notified a refund has been initiated to you.
